To view and print Health Statements:

  1. Go to “myuhc.com”, login (or register if it’s your first time visiting the site)
  2. Click the “Claims & Account” tab or the large “View My Claims” button located on the center of the page
  3. Click the “View Statements” link
  4. Click on the appropriate statement date link, a PDF will open and you can print

To view Claims and print Explanation of Benefits:

  1. Go to “myuhc.com”, login (or register if it’s your first time visiting the site)
  2. Click the “Claims & Account” tab or the large “View My Claims” button located on the center of the page
  3. Click the “Medical Claim Summary” link
  4. Search or sort by Patient, Date of Service, Provider, Processed data or Status
  5. Once you find your claim, click on “More Details”
  6. To print the Explanation of benefits, simply click “Download Explanation of Benefits (EOB)”

To view and print Letters:

  1. Go to “myuhc.com”, login (or register if it’s your first time visiting the site)
  2. Click the “Claims & Account” tab or the large “View My Claims” button located on the center of the page
  3. Click the “View Claim Letters” link
  4. Click on the appropriate letter a PDF will open and you can print
