This online toolkit provides everything you need to prepare your employees for the transition to a consumer-driven health (CDH) plan. You'll find communications and resources to help your employees transition, from the time they choose the plan through the entire enrollment period.

To get started, select the product from the navigation that corresponds with the product type your employees will be getting for their medical benefit.

Our strategy is based on best practices from years of helping other employer groups make this transition. The toolkit works best when information is packaged into a comprehensive communication strategy, which may help your employees understand, and even embrace, the new plan.

    Health Savings Account (HSA)

Can help your employees plan, save and pay for health care. The account is owned by the employee.

    Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

Can be used to reimburse qualified expenses incurred by your employees, their spouse and eligible dependents. The account is owned by the employer.

    Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Offers employees a simple, convenient way to pay for eligible expenses not covered by their medical plan. An FSA can work in tandem with a UnitedHealthcare HRA or HSA.
