Can help your employees plan, save and pay for health care. The account is owned by the employee.
|Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
Can be used to reimburse qualified expenses incurred by your employees, their spouse and eligible dependents. The account is owned by the employer.
|Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Offers employees a simple, convenient way to pay for eligible expenses not covered by their medical plan. An FSA can work in tandem with a UnitedHealthcare HRA or HSA.
